Studio Avant-Garde represents the artwork of
Petros Martin and Helga Zanders



Painting in my artistic lexicon implies creating
and recreating the world that we experience in
our daily life and elevating it to a higher plane
of cognition. Art, on the other hand, is the creative
element common to all human beings. However,
the artist is the one attuned to the harmony of the
whole, and by being in harmony with the whole,
he or she translates into indelible canvases what we
all perceive with our mind but are unable to manifest.
